Overview

Newly built, contemporary house consisting of 6 stylishly furnished apartments, all with separate entrances. The apartments have more or less the same layout and the same furniture. On the ground floor there are two apartments with beautiful terraces, two first floor apartments have balconies, and the second floor has two apartments, each having a double bedroom and a spiral staircase leading to a galleried sleeping area with a single bed. This stone house is situated in famous Dubrovnik, midway between Dubrovnik Old Town and beautiful beaches.

Accommodation

Example of sitting, dining and kitchen area. The open plan sitting area has a comfortable sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed for two extra people, a glass coffee table, satellite flat screen TV, WiFi. The dining area has a long black table, which seats six people, and the red modern kitchen with shiny black tiles is equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea pot, all cooking utensils and table ware. From this area the ground floor apartments have access to their private terraces with outdoor seating, while first floor apartments have access to small balconies with a table and a chair.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Double bedrooms have cosy beds with pretty bed linen, wooden floors, sufficient storage place and a safe. Two second floor apartments have an additional gallery sleeping area and with a sofa bed and a single bed can sleep five in total. All bathrooms have a shower and a washing machine.

Dubrovnik Airport

Dubrovnik Airport is located near the town of Cavtat 19km to the south of Dubrovnik. There are direct flights to Dubrovnik from most European countries and from Philadelphia in the USA.

 

There are bus and taxi services into Dubrovnik centre. A taxi transfer can be expected to cost around 35 to 40 euro one way depending on the time of day and the season and a minibus around 50-60 euros.   A shuttle bus service from the airport to Dubrovnik is 7.5 euro per person each way.
