OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Miss Olivia with heated pool is perfectly located for an active holiday, close to the beach and the lively town of Orebic. The sea view is amazing and plenty of outdoor activities are on offer in and around Orebic. At the nearby Aqua Park you can rent kayaks, SUP paddle boards, Jet Ski, or even book in for parasailing. Boat excursions to the surrounding islands are another highlight not to be missed, and we are happy to help you organise. For the history lovers among you the Old Town of Dubrovnik is definitely worth a day out. Walk the cobbled streets and discover the beauty of this ancient town dating back to the 7th century. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars are lined along the small alleyways, streets and town squares inviting you to take a break and let the time go by. We also can arrange a 'Game of Thrones' tours guiding you through all the locations that played a significant part in 'Game of Thrones'.
After a day out you will love to come back to the comfort of your luxury private family villa, relaxing by the pool, using the wellness facilities or getting together over a meal cooked with fresh local produce. Luxury Villa Miss Olivia offers plenty of space for a larger family with 4 ensuite double bedrooms, a spacious living area and a fantastic heated pool and outside space with children's playground, trampoline and table tennis.
ACCOMMODATION
This fabulous luxury private family villa has a generous living space of 170 square metres spread over two floors.
Ground floor
Upon entering the fully air conditioned villa you will find the modern kitchen/dining area to your left, which is connected with the living room by an open archway. The spacious living area has a large corner sofa, TV, stereo system and WiFi connection. Two red cocktail chairs accentuate the modern minimalist style of this room and large sliding glass doors open the view to the pool terrace. The dining area has a large table seating eight guests comfortably and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large American style fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and tableware and kitchen utensils. There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor.
One of the four double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom also houses the washing machine.
First floor
The fitness room with fitness equipment, PlayStation and table football is on the first floor has a TV to keep you entertained whilst exercising.
There are three further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with comfortable outdoor sofas. The view of the sea is breath-taking and you will love to stay there to watch the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Another double bedroom has a small private balcony toward the entrance side of the villa. The bathrooms are all fully tiled with quality bathroom furnishings. Two bathrooms with bathtub and overhead shower and one bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The outside area is well designed, keeping your enjoyment in mind. The heated pool is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing terrace with outdoor shower and hot tub. There are eight sun loungers and two sun umbrellas provide shade. A shaded dining terrace with large dining table and portable BBQ is a fantastic space to socialise in the evening over a lovely meal and some good local wine. To one side of the garden you will find the sauna and a children's playground with play frame and trampoline. Table tennis is at your disposal. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn with trees planted for shade. Behind the house there are four shaded parking spaces and some flower beds with Mediterranean plants. The property is completely fenced and gated.
