OVERVIEW
Dubrovnik Apartment Haven is located on a hill in a quiet residential area with views toward the Adriatic see and the green hills of Lapad. A special feature of this Dubrovnik apartment is the lovely garden with terrace and Jacuzzi, a rare find.
Supermarket and bakery are only a few hundred metres from the apartment and a fresh and fish market (open daily in the mornings) is located in Gruz harbour.
The Old Town of Dubrovnik is just under 3 km away and there is a regular bus connection from Gruz harbour which takes about 10 minutes. If you are planning to visit some islands, the ferry port is only a short walk away, so you won't need to take your car. The ferries connect Dubrovnik with the islands of Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan, Mljet, Korcula, Hvar and Brac. And after a busy day of sightseeing and outdoor activities you will love to come back to your little oasis.
ACCOMMODATION
Upon entering the fully air-conditioned apartment you step into a large and bright dining area which can easily sit eight people. The wooden ceiling gives this room a very homely feel. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and tableware. Beautiful wooden parquet, a beamed ceiling, and comfortable seating invite you to relax in the lounge and watch your favourite TV show. A door opens to the balcony overlooking Gruz with views of the Adriatic Sea and the hills of Lapad. Furthermore, the villa provides a Hi-fi sound system.
There are two double bedrooms with large wardrobes and two bathrooms, one bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower and one shower room with washing machine.
OUTSIDE
Stepping outside into the garden you might quickly forget that the apartment is located in a town. The lush green garden with sunbathing terrace has been lovingly laid out and features a Jacuzzi, sunbathing and dining area. There is also a BBQ at your disposal. The far reaching views toward the sea are something special and you will love to spend your evenings outside. Private garage parking for one car.
