Accommodation
The accommodation is on three floors, and the living area is on the top floor to maximise the view. As the villa is built on a slope, it is entered from the garden on the road side, into the top floor with the sitting room, whilst bedrooms are on lower floors. However, these floors are also raised, since they cascade down a slope and face the sea.
Second floor
The open plan modern living space is unified by its elegant dark granite floor tiles and white walls. One entire wall is made of large glass panes which enable the view of the great expanse of the sea. They can also open, and the outside terrace becomes part of the living room. There are many comfortable leather sofas and armchairs to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The walls are decorated by a few well selected modern paintings and modern lighting. The sitting area has a satellite TV/DVD players and an audio system. An intimate dining area has a large dining table and comfortable armchairs. The next area is a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances- dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and washing.
First floor
The first floor consists of two modern double bedrooms with individual luxury bathrooms. Each room has a terrace with outdoor furniture and a magnificent view.
Ground floor
There are two modern double bedrooms with tastefully decorated private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a sea view and a terrace with top of the range outdoor furniture.
Outside
The garden is laid to terraces and planted with many Mediterranean plants, and infused with a scent of rosemary and lavender. Parts of the garden are covered with beach pebbles, giving it a smart, but natural look. On the ground floor is a separate garden with an impressive infinity pool merging with the view of the sea. The sunbathing area is provided with sun beds, sun umbrellas and pool towels.
