This is a sunny, modern and light Dubrovnik villa with a comfortable, pleasant interior and air-conditioning in every room. The villa has an amazing rooftop terrace and cascades down the garden. The main entrance with parking is on top, behind the villa. The villa would suit all types of holiday maker, families with children, groups of adults, teenagers. It is equally suitable for those who want to relax in peace, and for those who want activities, sports and island hopping. You are in the gourmet area which grows wine and olives, fishermen catch delicious fish, the food is excellent and healthy. All sea sports and other sporting activities are at your doorstep. The villa is in a fabulous location, just 5 minutes' drive from the beach, shops and restaurants, and a top quality wellness centre. The famous city of Dubrovnik is 15 min drive away.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large, light double bedroom with luxurious en-suite shower room, new bed linen and plenty of towels. There is a comfortable double bed, and a door opening right out onto the pool terrace and view of the islands. The room is decorated in calming, refreshing colours of blue, white and cream, perfect seaside colours.
First floor
Up the stairs, you reach the main living zone of the villa, paved with local white stone throughout, just how an authentic Dubrovnik villa should be. A modern, white kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils and tableware. The sitting room has a comfortable duck egg blue sofa, two armchairs and a coffeetable, satellite TV and WiFi. It opens out onto a small terrace with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for outdoor cocktails!. The second bedroom is also double and it is on the first floor, with a new double bed and a shower room. The bedroom also has access to the terrace with sea view.
Roof terrace
Stunning views from the roof terrace will keep you mesmerised for hours, gaze over the ever changing sea as the sun moves throughout the day, with sailing yachts passing by. There is an outdoor sofa and chairs on the roof terrace too, to spoil yourself even more.
Outside
The outdoor space can only be described as stunning. What a view! Dubrovnik islands, blue sea, scent of dry Mediterranean herbs right around you. Stone paved sunbathing terrace is laid out with deck chairs from where you can enjoy that all important view of the sea, and cool in the gentle breeze. The pool has that sea view too... this is a sea view villa!!! The pool can be heated on request.. This is a villa for outdoor life: cook your meals on the lovely barbecue, dine outside, forget the WiFi, all you need to enjoy yourself is in front of you.
