Overview
This is a newly built, stylish, contemporary and luxury seaside villa, with sea and woodland views and a very short walk to the beach. From the house there is a view of the Brioni island national park which is a great place to visit. The villa is built with all modern comforts, especially the wellness centre. Only 150 metres away is a lovely long pebbly beach, where you can rent deck chairs, parasols and get refreshments. The village of Fazana is beautiful, with a lovely old harbour and plenty of restaurants, bars, shops all within walking distance. Nearby town of Pula is full of attractions and a paradise for food lovers and historians - it has 6th largest Roman amphitheatre in the world. This very smart, luxurious villa is built as two duplex apartments and rented as one complete villa with 4 bedrooms (Duplex I and Duplex II). The wellness area encompasses the basement below both duplexes. This villa is the end villa in a small development of 5 similar luxury villas.

The living area is open plan, and large French windows let the sun light in, leading to the grassed garden, private pool, and the barbecue/ dining a rea under the covered terrace. The interior is very cool, with wood floors, finished to a very high standard. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a 40 inch smart sat TV and a dining table for 4-5 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a new set of tableware.
First floor
First floor consists of 2 double en-suite bedrooms with baths and plenty of towels and new bed linen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds within a single frame. The double bedroom has sea view and a its own balcony. The bathrooms have glass walls which means that you can enjoy the sea views from your shower.
Basement
The wellness centre is in the basement below both halves of the house and has a sauna, Jacuzzi and a shower.

The pool has steps for entry and is 6.3 metres by 3.6 metres, with sun loungers and parasols on the sunbathing terrace. There is parking for 2-3 cars.
