Overview
This is a new, stylish luxury seaside villa, with sea and beaches just 150 metres away. From the house there is a view of the Brioni islands, which are a national park, highly recommended to visit. The villa is luxurious, stylish, comfortable and very tastefully furnished, and in addition it has a wellness basement with Jacuzzi and sauna. The village of Fazana is delightful, with cobbled squares, harbour, restaurants, day trips on offer. Nearby town of Pula is full of attractions and a paradise for food lovers and historians - it has 6th largest Roman amphitheatre in the world. This very smart, luxurious villa is built as two duplex apartments and rented as one complete villa with 4 bedrooms (Duplex I and Duplex II). The wellness area encompasses the basement below both duplexes. This villa is an independent house, in a small development of 5 similar luxury villas.

DUPLEX I
Ground Floor
The living area is open plan, full of lights coming in through large French windows which open out onto the garden, pool and entertainment area. The living room is very relaxing and inviting, with a stylish L-shaped sofa, a 40 inch smart sat TV and a dining table for 4-5 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a new set of tableware.
First floor
First floor consists of 2 double en-suite bedrooms with baths and plenty of towels and new bed linen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds within a single frame. The double bedroom has sea view and its own balcony. The bathrooms have glass walls so that you can look out at the sea from your shower.
Basement
The wellness centre is in the basement below both halves of the house and has a sauna, Jacuzzi and a shower.
DUPLEX II
Ground Floor
The living area is lovely and bright, open plan and opens out onto the garden, private pool, and the barbecue/ dining space. The interior is very cool, with wood floors, finished to a very high standard. There is a large, L-shaped sofa, a 40 inch smart sat TV and a dining table for 4-5 people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a new set of tableware.

The garden can be entered directly from the sitting area and each duplex part has its own private outdoor terrace and outdoor dining table with seating for 6. The pool has steps for entry and is 6.3 metres by 3.6 metres, with sun loungers and parasols on the sunbathing terrace. There is parking for 2-3 cars.
