Overview
This is a newly built, excellent, modern , luxury coastal villa, with sea and woodland views and a very short walk to the beach. The villa looks at Brioni island national park which is a must for a day trip. The villa is built with comfort in mind, for you to relax and enjoy the sea and sunshine. There are just 150 metres to a great local beach where you can rent deck chairs, parasols and spend time in seaside cafes, beach bars and restaurants. The village of Fazana is incredibly charming, with a picturesque harbour, many restaurants, bars, shops a short distance away. A few km away is Pula which has more attractions, cobbled squares, shops, beaches, culture and several gourmet restaurants. Recommended for amateur historians as it has the 6th largest Roman amphitheatre in the world. This amazing villa is built as two duplex apartments and rented as one complete villa with 4 bedrooms (Duplex I and Duplex II, each comprising 100 square metres of living space, thus altogether 200 square metres). There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and a new set of tableware.
First floor
First floor consists of 2 double en-suite bedrooms with baths and plenty of towels and new bed linen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds within a single frame. The double bedroom has sea view and a its own balcony. The bathrooms have glass walls which means that you can enjoy the sea views from your shower.
DUPLEX II

The pool has steps for entry and dimensions are 6.3 metres by 3.6 metres. It is surrounded by sun beds and parasols. There is parking for 2-3 cars.
