OVERVIEW
This beautiful, new built stone villa is fresh and stylish, equipped with modern technology and comfortable furniture, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. Works of art decorate the interior, whilst the pale floors and wooden beams are a part of the traditional Istrian village look. The individually cooled bedrooms have a satellite TV each, comfortable beds and good bed linen. There are several similar villas on this gated plot, and Villa Zanelli is in a short private drive, with just one equal villa on each side of it. Village shops, cafes, restaurants, bakery, bank, doctor and chemist are all within a short walk in the village of Liznjan, so a car is not essential, but we recommend it. The whole area is just too good not to be explored further away, visiting aqua parks, riding ranches, adrenaline parks, wineries. It is a fantastic area for biking and wild swimming. You will be pleased to know that Pula airport is about 30 minutes' drive from the villa.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor is arranged as an open living space where a focal point is a modern fireplace, and there are two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and an eat -in kitchen. The well equipped kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and tasteful plates, glasses and cutlery. The dining table can sit up to eight people. In the sitting room there is satellite TV/DVD and the a WiFi connection. From there you get a direct access to the pool and sunbathing terrace with sunbeds provided. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and wood flooring and a family shower room.
First floor
The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private balcony, the other with twin beds. The bedrooms have quality wood flooring and lighting, exposed wooden ceiling beams, bed linen and plenty of towels. These two rooms share a good size bathroom with a bath and a hand held shower.
Outside
The villa has a 400 square metre walled garden and secured outside parking for 2 cars. Laurel hedges, scented herbs and trees predominate, and a pretty wooden pergola is covered by climbers. The private pool measures 6 by 4 metres and has ladder steps leading into the water. There are six sun loungers. The garden also has a BBQ and a dining area with a table for eight. This lovely family villa will suit everybody and nature lovers, gourmets and history enthusiasts will have a wonderful time.
