OVERVIEW
Villa Zephyra is a new, traditional Istrian stone villa, built to the highest standard of style and comfort. There is a pretty Mediterranean garden with a pool and private sunbathing and outdoor dining areas. Inside, the villa is light and bright, with pleasant beach themed décor, pale greens, creams and whites predominate in this relaxing villa. Each room is individually air-conditioned and all bedrooms have satellite TV. The villa is in a lovely location, in a gated village of several similar villas, and very close to the two villages of Liznjan and Medulin which have shops, cafes, restaurants and great beaches, some of which are sandy. The local airport Pula is just 30 min drive, so this villa combines all the comforts of a good holiday such as great location, fantastic accommodation, and close to sea and transport. A car is not essential, but recommended. There is parking for two cars.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is arranged on two floors. It is surrounded by a private garden, fenced with stone and wrought iron fence.
Ground floor
The ground floor area is open plan and the entrance is directly into a small hallway and the kitchen/diner. The ground floor consist of a spacious sitting area with pale wood flooring and doorway onto the garden, the kitchen/diner, utility with a washing machine, downstairs shower room and double bedroom. The kitchen/diner and the shower have underfloor heated stone tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and a nice set of plates, glasses and cutlery. An attractive country style dining table has capacity for eight people to sit comfortably. From the kitchen three steps lead down into the sunny sitting room with two large cream sofas and a coffee table arranged around a modern fireplace. Here is the satellite TV/DVD and the internet connection. The owners have provided tasteful pictures and decorative works of art, exposed wooden ceiling beams and a direct access to the garden/pool area, which makes it a very pleasant room to sit and relax in daytime and evening. One of the doors of the sitting room opens out onto the covered terrace with two separate outdoor sitting areas and a sunbathing patio with sunbeds. At the other end of the ground floor is one double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, TV and wood flooring. Across the hallway there is the utility cupboard and a separate smart modern shower room.
First floor
The first floor is reached by a wooden staircase which leads to a small hallway and two double bedrooms. The bedrooms have wood flooring, exposed wooden ceiling beams, comfortable beds, pretty lighting and provide bed linen and plenty of towels. The main bedroom is double aspect, has a large double bed, plenty of storage space and its own balcony with views over the countryside and the village. The second bedroom has twin beds and looks over the countryside with the sea in the distance. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom which has a corner bath tub with a hand held shower.
OUTSIDE
The villa is completely surrounded by a landscaped, well fenced garden of 400 square metres, which has stone paths, stone paved terraces, Mediterranean shrubs and herbs. Parts of garden are covered by wooden pergolas which have climbing plants for shade. To one side of the garden is a 30 square metre large swimming pool with wide steps leading into the pool. The pool is secluded, and a sunbathing area is around the pool, but also stretching behind a green hedge there is more sunbathing space with top quality sun loungers. Next to this area is a BBQ and a dining terrace with a table for eight. This really is a lovely villa with everything! Great for families, singles and couples alike.
