OVERVIEW
This beautiful 260 square metre villa is situated in a small town in the Istrian countryside. It has stunning natural views, and is only a short 6 kilometre drive from the historic medieval town of Rovinj.
Accommodation
Villa Grizia is a large two storey, five bedroom villa. It has been decorated to a high and modern spec, with beautiful titled flooring and various artistic paintings. On the upper floors are five bedrooms and three balconies. Outside is a gated courtyard area with a large swimming pool and a shaded terrace - an ideal place to relax in the evening enjoying the local wines and cuisines.
Ground floor
On the ground floor is a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, a glass coffee table, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Just off from the living room is the kitchen/dining area. There is a large dining table that can seat up to eight guests, and a fully equipped cooking space with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The property also benefits from a games area with a pool table, an outside table tennis table, a foosball machine and a darts board.
First floor
Each bedroom is uniquely furnished with its own artistic style. Four of the rooms contain a double bed, while the fifth can sleep three people on one double and one single. There are four bathrooms, which are all equipped with a state of the art jet shower and stylishly titled. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
The pool is 24 square metres and is surrounded by a stone terrace. There is a shaded terrace area with cushioned seating and a barbecue - a perfect place to entertain guests in the evening. Private off street parking is also provided.
