Overview
Parsley Cottage is an old refurbished farmhouse, surrounded by a stone wall, a small garden and a good sized pool is in the heart of a central Istrian farming village. The Villa has been renovated with modern furnishings and all modern conveniences, air conditioning in every room, wireless internet, and flat screen TV with satellite television in every bedroom. The living room has a dvd player, Xbox and hi-fi system.
The medieval town Svetvincenat is located in the southern part of central Istria. Here there are many cultural and historical places to enjoy. Various summer events include the Jazz Festival and the Dance Festival. In the autumn season winemakers present their delicious products at the 'Young Wine Festival'. This holiday destination is also ideal for cycling, hiking and mountaineering.

Ground floor
There is a living room with seating area, fireplace and flat-screen tv ,a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher machine, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dining area, bathroom with washing machine. There is also a shower and toilet on the ground floor.
First floor
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds and 4 en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom sleeps two people on a fold out sofa bed. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
Covered terrace has a built in barbecue and large dining area. There is plenty of available entertainment for guests and children in the yard with trampoline, pool table, darts and the 28 square metre swimming pool. Private parking is available on site. The evenings you could spend the grilling delicious meat and fish dishes, but it is also a pleasure to visit the local restaurants and taverns and try their regional culinary specialties.
