OVERVIEW
This renovated and upgraded, stone-built villa has a beautiful design for style and comfort. It is built on several levels, with terraces facing the sea and having an extensive sea view. The immediate sea access is a great feature as the sea here is crystal clear and wondeful to swim in. The pool and pool terrace have been rebuilt during the winter in 2019/2020. The villa is in a small neighbourhood of similar sea front villas and within walking distance of local restaurants and beach bars. The village centre of Sumartin with shops and more restaurants is 3.9km or a 35 minute walk away, and the charming village of Selca lies within an equal distance land inwards.
Inside, the design is very sleek and cool, uncluttered and restful. Every comfort is applied to the bedrooms, and in general. With white stone and cream coloured shutters, pillared covered terraces and red roofs, this villa is a typical Dalmatian house with a high degree of luxury and service. Accommodation
This fantastic villa has a lower ground floor, ground floor with a mezzanine and the top floor.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor consists of a laundry room, and a bedroom suite with double bed, small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and a dressing room.
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen of approximately 35 square metres, a dining room of 15 square metres, and a very large sitting room approx 60 square metres. Excellent white Italian tiles cover the whole area. The kitchen is also white and cool, of modern design, with interesting lighting and has all the modern facilities. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and hob, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, elegant plates, cutlery, crockery and glassware. In the wonderful dining area the long modern table can easily sit ten to twelve persons. A huge set of floor to ceiling picture windows allows fabulous views of the terrace, garden and the sea. Next to the dining room is a wine cellar. Three steps lead up to the large and light sitting room. It is very elegant and relaxing with its cool white floor and black leather modern sofa and armchairs. In this space is a satellite TV/DVD player, and an audio system. The guest toilet is also on this floor. There are two terraces and a garage on this level.
Mezzanine
There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and have large comfortable double beds, plenty of good bed linen and towels. All the bathrooms are of ultra-modern design and have top quality fixtures.
First floor and second mid-floor
The first floor has three large elegant modern double bedrooms with bathrooms, and terrace/balcony access with sea views.
A further ensuite double bedroom is on the second mid-floor.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a very attractive garden and has a path leading directly to the sea below. Level with the ground floor there is a stone paved terrace and pool. The garden has mature Mediterranean pine trees spreading down to the sea a few metres below the villa. Around the house the garden contains olive, lemon and lime trees as well as scented herbs. There is parking for one car in the garage and two further parking spaces outside.
