OVERVIEW
This modern, luxury private villa with pool and sea view on Makarska Riviera accommodates six to eight people. It is located in the seaside village of Razanj, but just a few minutes' drive to the very lively town of Rogoznica which has a large marina and all kinds of water sports, entertainment, outdoor activities and many restaurants. It is also easy to make trips to the famous towns of Split (50km) and Sibenik (40km), and to the fantastic Krka river waterfalls. There is just a 100 metres distance between this luxury Holiday Home and the sea. In a couple of minutes you will reach a lovely, pebbly beach, great for families and all swimmers, as the sea entrance is shallow and easy. You will enjoy shopping for food in the village market, and there are many family friendly restaurants in the village.
For a good outdoor activity and exercise visit Movar Hill, a hill behind the village. Take plenty of water and enjoy the unforgettable sea view. Dancers and disco goers will be happy to visit the nightclub Aurora in nearby Primosten which is 18km away. This is one of the largest and most famous nightclubs in the locality. More outdoor activities are cycling along a picturesque bike path, bowling, scuba diving, basketball and five-a-side football (pitch is in Stivasnica), and bowling. For an adventure visit Milina cave and lake connected to the sea.
The villa comprises 220 square metres of living space and 1000 square metres of enclosed garden. There is full air-conditioning and heating, WiFi, and LCD TV. There are spaces for car parking within the villa grounds. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and have a large, heated infinity pool. The villa is pet friendly.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The bright, sunny living area is fully air-conditioned and orientated toward the sea, which completely fills the large sliding glass frames. This space comprises a sitting room with a large, L-shaped sofa, TV and DVD. A dining table for six divides the sitting room from the fantastic, sleek kitchen and the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, and microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is also iron, ironing board, washing machine tumble dryer, baby cot and feeding chair. On this floor there is also an additional toilet.
First Floor
The first floor comprises three double bedrooms with queen-size beds and three shower rooms. Each bedroom has satellite TV and a balcony facing the sea from which you can enjoy gentle dawns or romantic sunsets. Quality bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
You will be greeted by a luxurious building that has been decorated to the last detail with a lot of attention and love. At the entrance to the villa there are two parking spaces. Stone stairs lead you to the spacious central terrace of the villa where there is an overflow pool with sun deck, equipped with deck chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The villa also has an outdoor living area with dining set located under the covered area and thus allows for all-day enjoyment.
