OVERVIEW
Villa Spalatro offers a generous living space of 270 square metres within 1360 square metres of ground. Located at the entrance to Split you have all amenities and sightseeing places at your doorstep. After a day out exploring you will love to come back to Villa Spalatro to enjoy a relaxing evening by the pool. As you are in Split you have to see Diocletian's Palace and wander the streets of Old Split.
For those nature lovers Marjan Forest Park is the place to go. The nature reserve to the west of Split opens beautiful views over the city and the surrounding islands. Paved paths lead through the pine forests to scenic lookouts and along a 16th century Jewish cemetery, medieval chapels and caves.
If you are into watersports, Split is the location to be. A vast range of activities, such as Jet Ski, pedal boat and parasailing are on offer. Please talk to us if you would like to go on a boat tour to discover the island of Hvar, the Blue Cave or the Blue Lagoon. We are happy to arrange this for you.
ACCOMMODATION
Villa Spalatro is fully air conditioned and spreads over two floors with large balconies.
Ground floor
The sitting room on the ground floor has a lovely herringbone parquet floor and is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchair. A large mirror, some pictures and a colour coordinated rug give this room a homely feel. For your entertainment there is a cable TV, DVD player, and music system and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a dining table with comfortable chairs.
There is also a washing machine and safe for your use.
First floor
There are 4 fully air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Two of the bathrooms have a shower and the other one has an over bath shower. All bedrooms have cable TV.
A second sitting room with an adjoining laundry room for ironing is also on this floor.
One sitting room has a sofa bed which sleeps two.
Entertainment
The children's play area has a range of toys for smaller children and a beautiful sea themed wall and is adjoining the fitness area which is equipped with a cross trainer, bench press and a multi fitness machine.
A further inviting lounge area with modern sofa and armchairs and adjoining room with pool table is the perfect area to unwind.
OUTSIDE
The pool terrace with a 29 square metre pool and outdoor shower is beautifully paved with natural stones and is surrounded by sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a large sunbed. Enjoy the balmy evenings socialising on the dining terrace by the barbecue. To one side of the villa there is a children's playground with swings, play house and slide. The owner grows seasonal fruit and vegetable which you are free to use.
