OVERVIEW
Villa Mia is located in the town of Hvar on Hvar Island, bathed in marvellous sunshine for which Hvar is known above all other Croatian holiday resorts - the sunniest island on the Adriatic, with sunny days all year round.
Hvar is one of the most beautiful and most fashionable towns in Croatia. It is small and relaxing, but full of great history and architecture, dominated by 700 years old city walls and what is arguably the most beautiful town square in Croatia.
Hvar is restful but lively, many things going on. There is superb dining, walks along cobbled streets, all kinds of sports, as well as world renowned nightclubs (Carpe Diem, Laganini) and sandy and pebbly beaches. Sailing yachts glide past, and you can often glimpse a Hollywood star or royalty in a cafe, Beyoncé, the Beckhams and many others.
Hvar Villa Mia is in a cluster of four villas just a minute's walk from a pretty beach. Each villa has its private garden and pool. The proximity of these villas makes it possible for 32 people to stay together. The path along the seashore will take you to the centre of Hvar in under 15 minutes. Particularly recommended are day trips to the Pakleni islands and the islands of Brac and Vis, where you will see more of the Adriatic allure. On the mainland, visit Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik if the magic of Hvar does not keep you permanently in its old streets and lovley beaches.
Accommodation
Villa Mia is a four bedroom villa (semi-detached) with three bathrooms, sleeping eight people. There are two double bedrooms and two with twin beds. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, WiFi, a direct telephone line and Internet connection. From the garden, there is just a minute walk to a lovely beach.
Ground floor
The ground floor is an open plan living/sitting room with a sleek kitchen, family bathroom, and a dining area. Satellite TV/DVD and a music centre are provided. From the sitting room there is a direct access onto the terrace, garden and the pool which is surrounded by deck chairs and sun beds.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine, cooking equipment, plates, glasses and cutlery. The dining table seats eight people comfortably. A washing machine is also provided.
There is also one separate shower room and a twin bedroom on this floor.
First floor
A staircase leads to three further bedrooms, one ensuite and one shared bathroom. Some bedrooms have lovely views of the sea. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Outside
The small garden of the villa is private and provided with everything to enjoy the outdoor living. There is a 24 square metre pool, a barbecue and dining area, sun loungers and a sun umbrella. You can walk to the beach in your swimming costume!
