Overview

This new solar-powered stone villa, arranged as two beautiful apartments, is located directly on the beach in one of the nature reserves in Dalmatia, close to Pirovac (5 km). It is in a private position, surrounded by its large garden and the sea. The house is ideal for large groups requiring privacy and enjoying swimming and long walks in stunning countryside. A six metre boat with its own mooring can be provided.

 

In a separate part of the villa there are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which you could rent for your staff. Price on request.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

On the ground floor is an open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with direct access to the terrace. The sitting area has a sofa, chairs and a coffee table and is adjacent to a stone fireplace. The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for four and a separate dining table and chairs. All cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glassware are provided.

First and second floors

Across the first and second floors there are two duplex apartments, each with its own private entrance. They have identical arrangements. Each apartment consists of about 150 square metres. The first floor of each apartment has a large sitting room with a TV/DVD player and music. This room has direct access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a wonderful sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a master bathroom with a shower, a children's bedroom with bunk beds (full size - 200 x 90 cm) and a separate WC. An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper level where in each duplex apartment there are two more spacious double bedrooms with king size beds, another bathroom and a separate WC. In total, the villa will accept 12 adults + 4 children.

Outside

The villas garden is large and stretches right to the beach and the wonderful clear sea which is warm and safe to swim in. There is a large stone barbecue in the garden and an outdoor dining table. There is also a WC, sink and showers beside the pool. The villa can offer a 6 metre fibreglass boat with 50hp engine but you must have a boat driving licence.

Zadar Airport

Zadar Airport is 10 km from the centre of Zadar and 16 km from the A1 motorway which provides a fast route south towards Split . Zadar is the closest airport for travelling on to Pag island which is linked by a bridge to the mainland.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split although you should allow longer in mid summer.
