OVERVIEW
A wonderful 3 bedroom villa, full of old charm and character, recently renovated to a very high standard and stylishly decorated inside, with all mod cons. The villa has a large walled garden, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. A leisurely walk will take you to a delightful sandy beach and there are several lively towns and villages nearby. The Privlaka pensinula is seven kilometres long and four kilometres wide and is known for its mild climate with warm summers and mostly mild winters. Zadar is only 20 km away and we recommend visiting this ancient city, first mentioned as a settlement approx 3000 years ago.
Accommodation
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a charming open plan living area, with local flagstone floor, new kitchen, solid oak dining table for 6-8 people and a comfortable sitting room with satellite TV and a WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. All is just lovely and stylish, and the open door into the garden shows the view of the swimming pool and terrace. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with a large double bed. This bedroom has its own shower room. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
First floor
The first floor comprises two double bedrooms and a shower room.
Outside
Among the olive trees there is 32 square metre pool next to a 60 square metre terrace which is located directly in front of the house. Behind the house there is parking for two cars and a spacious garden with a view of one of the most beautiful old churches in Dalmatia - St.Vid. The furniture is unique handmade of centennial Slavonian oak. There are sun umbrellas in the garden and around the pool.
