OVERVIEW
Villa Luxana is a luxury new villa in semi-rural location, close to sea and the pleasant village of Privalaka in the region of the famous town of Zadar (18km). The whole area is full of beautiful sandy beaches and whether you are a family with children, or a group of adults, you will have a great vacation. Three light and airy bedrooms have individual air conditioning units, own TVs and high quality beds. The stylish sitting room has modern sofas and designer lighting. The villa offers a lot of entertainment such as mini golf, heated pool, wellness SPA, SAT TV, HiFi and WiFi. There is parking for two cars.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is cool and elegant, with an L shaped sofa, satellite TV and a modern fireplace, a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. The lovely dining area has a dining table for 6 people and opens out onto the ground floor terrace. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and two hair dryers are provided. There is also a bathroom on this level.
First floor
The first floor has three spacious bedrooms, two with access to a balcony with table and chairs. The new beds are large and comfortable, beds are double but one can be changed into twin beds. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has its own LCD TV and one contains a safe. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share one bath.
Mezzanine
This is so special! As you go up to the first floor, there is a 30 square metre mezzanine level dedicated to the spa and wellness. This has a whirlpool massage tub, infrared sauna, a shower and a relaxation lounge with easy chairs and views of the sea and mountains. You will feel much pampered. A beauty therapist can be arranged.
Outside
Villa Luxana has a wonderful outdoor space. It is planted with greenery and scented herbs. The private, heated pool with an outdoor shower is 6 by 4.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep. Six top quality sunbathing chairs and 2 sun umbrellas are provided. On the grill terrace there is a barbecue and a dining table with chairs. You also have a fantastic lounge sofa to relax in by the barbecue. The terrace is very private with a view of the sea in the distance and the luscious countryside. For extra fun there is a strip for mini golf.
